Requires 2-Step Verification and an App Password. Re-entering an address that's already linked just updates its saved password — handy after rotating it or reconnecting a broken account.
A mail key logs straight into /mail — no username, password, or OTP — but it's read-only (view & search only, never send/delete/link accounts) and only ever sees the account(s) and, optionally, the senders you pick below.
Each account below is signed in with its own Google App Password. "Remove & reconnect" unlinks it from JEPFX Mail and immediately reopens the connect form — handy if an account's saved sign-in ever breaks (e.g. after a server update) and you just need to relink it with a fresh app password (myaccount.google.com/apppasswords).
